Behind the Lens: Students Voicing Recovery

This event is the culmination of a campus-community partnership using Photovoice, a participatory action research method, which uses photos to bring to light the voices of students in recovery. The art exhibit features the artistic lens UCR students used to document their experiences of alcohol and drug addiction and recovery. Through photography and narrative text, students retell their past histories, recovery paths, and ideas for how the campus community can support student recovery.
